Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
In short: I collect only what I need to build your site, I use it only for that, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Resume Websites is run by Demitri Bedoian in Phoenix, Arizona ("I", "me"). This policy explains what happens to the information you give me on this site.
What I collect
- What you type: your name, job title, school, city, color choice, email, and any notes, project descriptions, domain or LinkedIn link you add.
- Files you upload: your resume, and if you choose, a headshot and images of your work. Resumes often include contact details and work history, so please only upload what you're comfortable sharing.
- Your order: the package you pick and an order number. Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
- Booking requests: what you send through the Custom page form.
The live preview is built entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere until you press "Continue to payment" or send the Custom form. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How I use it
- To build, deliver, publish and update your website.
- To email you about your order, your site, and changes you ask for.
- To handle payments, refunds and my own business records.
I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
A few services help me run the business. Each one only gets what it needs:
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Netlify | Hosts this site and your finished site, and stores the details and files you send through the forms. |
| Stripe | Processes your payment. Stripe's own privacy policy covers your card details. |
| Anthropic (Claude) | An AI service I use to turn your resume into your site's content. Your resume is sent to it only after you order. Under Anthropic's commercial terms it isn't used to train their models. |
| Google (Gmail, Fonts) | My email, and the fonts this site loads. |
| Domain registrar | If you choose a package with your own domain, the registrar you buy it from holds your domain details. |
I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
- If you don't complete an order: I delete your details and files within 30 days.
- If you order: I keep your files while I build and update your site, and while your site is live, so I can make changes you ask for. Ask any time and I'll delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
- See what I have about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it.
- Ask me to take your site offline.
- Stop emails from me at any time. I only email you about your order.
Email demitri.bedoian@gmail.com and I'll reply within a few business days. These choices apply wherever you live, including California and the EU.
Your site is public
Once your site is published, anyone can see what's on it. Tell me if anything should stay off it, like your phone number or home city.
Children
This service is for people 16 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how I use information you already gave me, I'll email you first.
