Terms and Refunds

In short: you pay once for a package, I build your site from what you send, you get the rounds of changes your package includes, and you can get a full refund until I've delivered your first draft.
These terms are an agreement between you and Demitri Bedoian, who runs Resume Websites in Phoenix, Arizona ("I", "me"). By ordering, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
What you get

A "round of changes" is one list of edits you send me after seeing a draft. "Updates" in Complete means changes to your site's text, roles, projects and images within 90 days of launch. A new design or a different style counts as a new order. Custom sites are quoted separately, and the written quote sets their terms.
Payment
- Prices are in US dollars and paid in full at checkout through Stripe.
- Your domain, if your package includes one, is registered in your name and paid by you to the registrar (usually $10–20 a year). It isn't part of my price.
- Hosting on the free web address or your own domain doesn't cost extra.
Refunds
- Before your first draft: full refund, for any reason.
- After your first draft: no refund, because the work is done. Instead, you get the rounds of changes your package includes.
- If I can't deliver: full refund, for example if I can't build your site within 30 days of receiving everything I need.
- If you go quiet: if I've asked for something I need and don't hear back within 60 days, I'll treat the order as finished and keep what's been built for you.
To ask for a refund, email demitri.bedoian@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Your content
- You confirm that everything you send is accurate and that you have the right to use it, including photos and images of your work. Don't send anything confidential from an employer or client unless you have permission or have blurred it.
- You keep ownership of your content. You let me use it to build, publish and update your site.
- I write your site from what you send. Please check every draft, because you're responsible for what's on your published site.
- I can decline or take down anything that is illegal, misleading, hateful, or not yours to share. If that happens before your first draft, you get a full refund.
Your site
- Once paid, the finished site is yours. You can ask for its files at any time and host it anywhere.
- I may show your finished site as an example of my work only if you say yes first.
- The styles and code behind them are my design. You can use them for your own site, but not resell them as templates.
What I'm responsible for
I build every site with care, but I can't promise that a website will get you a job, clients or interviews. Sites rely on services I don't control, like Netlify and domain registrars. I'm not responsible for their outages. As far as the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order.
Changes to these terms
If I update these terms, I'll change the date at the top. The version in place when you ordered applies to your order.
